Project Name: Gamer Passport Ecosystem

Project details: The Gamer Passport DAO intends to bridge the gap between data creators and consumers. It’s a trustless, permissionless, transparent, and composable DAO. The grant will be released in multiple tranches to fund DC DAO as an essential public good for the Web3 gaming industry.

Project Type: A decentralized autonomous organization for gamers, games, guilds, and ecosystem supporters.

Proposal Description

We would like to set up grants for various entities with our Gamer Passport DAO. These activities are considered bootstrapping activities and are aimed at stimulating the internal processes of the Gamer Passport DAO. All stakeholders will work together to refine these processes to enhance the DAO's reputation.

Role of all stakeholders: Each user will be incentivized to participate and deliver the following:

1. Gamers - These are the list of incentivized activities for Gamers

   1. Provide feedback on data to improve its accuracy

      ****Ex: Gamers review their dashboards on a daily basis and check whether their data is accurate and provide a report to improve the accuracy of data.

   2. Create Content on tutorials or strategies and place them in the Data NFT Marketplace. [Data Licensing Tech - Data NFT]

      *****Ex: *****Create startup guides and best practices for games (Video/Text etc)

   3. Refer a friend to join the program

2. Guild - These are the list of incentivized activities for Guild(s)

   1. Identify upcoming web3 games with good data footprints.

      Ex: Research on high data footprint games in the early stage and collaborate to monetize the gaming data.

   2. Review/suggest Dashboards and request data points that they would like to see

      Ex: Improve data dashboards and provide priority levels to include new data points.

   3. Report how the data has added value.

   4. Guilds can issue credentials like soulbound badges via Itheum. [Identity and Reputation Tech - NFMe ID]

      Ex: Guilds can work on the types of badges; top FPS player, Top community member.

3. Games

   1. Provide private APIs to supplement the Itheum ecosystem development

      Ex: Link the game API with Itheum tech to collect and trade data.

   2. Use analytics to shortlist players for beta tests

   3. Provide input on game datasets and feedback on analytics

   4. Reward high-activity gamers with airdrops

4. General

   1. Consolidate a proposal and discuss it with the discord channel. Participate in voting. Further users can provide input on DAO structure with respect to the whitepaper. [Data trading Governance Tech - DC DAO]
   2. Developers/analysts can procure data from the Itheum Ecosystem to create custom data insight products like visualization dashboards and data analytics. [Itheum Tech Component - Data DEX]
   3. Proactively market the data to find attractive buyers and arrange intros
